This Return and Refund Policy of AMSKRIT describes how we address return and refund related matters during the sales and post-sales process.

This Return and Refund Policy will upholds and implement the consumer rights as set out in Australian Consumer Law and will not override in any case or points.

Cancellation and Modification of Orders

Any cancellation of the order will be addressed in accordance to Australian Consumer Law. For any modification of orders whether by mistake of the customers or by change of preference of the customers please contact us as soon as possible by emailing to info@amskrit.com as the products cannot be modified once they are being manufactured.

Incorrect Products

If the incorrect product is the result of our mistake then we shall replace with the correct product for free. You will NOT need to send the incorrect product to us. If you receive incorrect product please contact us as soon as possible by emailing to info@amskrit.com.

Damaged, Defective Products

If you receive any damaged or defective products then we shall replace with the product for free. You will NOT need to send the damaged or defective products to us. If you receive damaged or defective products please contact us as soon as possible by emailing to info@amskrit.com.

Incorrect Product Sizes

If you receive the product which you have found as incorrect size then we shall replace the product with the correct size for free of charge. You will NOT need to send the old wrong size product to us. Please email us at info@amskrit.com to replace with correct size.

Change of Mind

At this stage we will NOT be able to refund you if you simply change your mind and decided not to complete the purchase, however if you wish to exchange your initial product with another product available in our website then we shall certainly assist you to complete that process. Fraud Prevention and Protection

At any stage of the purchase process or outside of purchase process if we identify that we are the victim of fraud then we reserve the right to immediately terminate the purchase process or any further engagement with the customers or potential customers. We also reserve the right to report any valid fraud case to the relevant government authority.
