Question: Why does this store sell only the Soccer Themed Products?
Answer: The store concept has been originated being inspired by the soccer passion and love. The store has been built for the soccer players, fan, followers and soccer enthusiastic.
Question: What is “Manufactured after Purchase”?
Answer: Manufactured after Purchase is a business model where the particular ordered product is manufactured after the purchase is made (not bulk manufactured prior to the purchases). The product is manufactured at our partner’s facilities and then shipped directly to the customers’ address.
Question: How long the shipping time from the time the product is purchased?
Answer: As the product is manufactured after the order, it will require 6-8 business days for manufacturing and then the product will be shipped to the customers’ addresses.
Depending on the location of the customer, it may take up to:
- Manufacturing Time: 6-8 Business Days
- Shipping Time: 2 - 3 Weeks
Therefore the customers are requested to allow this time frame for manufacturing and shipping.
Question: Is there any shipping cost?
A: No there is no shipping cost. All products are FREE SHIPPING.
Question: Will the customers be given a Tracking Number of the product shipping status?
Answer: Yes, once the product is manufactured and shipped, the customers will be emailed with a Tracking Number and an online link where they can check the shipping update until the product is delivered to their address.
Question: Which countries are the products sold in?
Answer: Due to the manufacturing and shipping challenges, currently the products are sold in:
- The USA
- UK
- Australia
However, AMSKRIT is working on to include more countries.
Question: What if I receive a wrong size of the product?
Answer: In the event of the customers ordering any wrong size, AMSKRIT assures that the wrong size will be replaced by the correct size for free. In that case, the customers are requested to contact by email at: info@amskrit.com.
Question: How to ensure that I am selecting the correct size?
Answer: Please refer to the size chart and make some correct measurement of your body, then match which size number would be best suited for you. This will ensure that you have selected the correct size as close as possible to your body measurement.
Question: What if the product I received is damaged or defective?
Answer: If you receive any damaged or defective products then we shall replace with the product for free. You will NOT need to send the damaged or defective products to us. If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing to info@amskrit.com.
Question: Will the product color be the same as the product shown on the store website?
Answer: While we try our best to ensure that product color is exactly as shown on the monitor or mobile phone, however, the customers are advised that the product colour may slightly vary from the physical product's colour due to the fact that there may be slight variation in the contrast and brightness difference between the customer computer or mobile screen's colour and the original ink used on the physical product that the customers receive. However, AMSKRIT will ensure that no such difference occur at all or happens to the least degree which in most cases will be un-noticeable.
Question: How can I trust this overseas online store will deliver the product at all?

Legally, for each product ordered, AMSKRIT has a legally binding responsibility to deliver the product to the customer.

Answer: The payment is 100% secure as the store uses the reliable payment gateway for the payment processing.
